Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to person once events are confirmed, owning the coordination process and bringing events to life.
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of small to medium events, from proposals through to delivery and billing
- Act as the main contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience throughout
- Prepare accurate event orders (BEOs) and ensure clear communication with operational teams
- Work closely with F&B, operations and external suppliers to deliver high-quality events
- Support the sales team with enquiries, site inspections and showcasing event spaces
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue throughout the planning process
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines using CRM and sales systems
