As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Nordic region, you’re a driven and strategic partner who thrives on unlocking the full potential of established partnerships. You will deepen relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their evolving needs and crafting value-driven plans to further propel their success. By fostering a collaborative environment across all go-to-market functions, you will identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive challenges, driving successful, long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

This role is based in our Stockholm office at Hötorget with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Masterfully navigate complex account landscapes and leverage data to optimize existing solutions and identify exciting new use cases
  • Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure all stakeholders see the value of your vision and Asana.
  • Drive revenue and grow businesses by leveraging your negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Partner seamlessly with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building influential relationships from C-level executives to end-users.
  • Deepen the usage of the whole work graph, resulting in delivering unmatched value with scalability and consistency.

About you

  • 4+ years of experience selling directly into the Enterprise segment and 8+ years of experience closing business, with a mastery of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Proven ability to close deals with consistently high quota attainment, particularly within the Enterprise SaaS space.
  • Expertise in cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders with a bias toward action.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded sales processes with thoughtful planning and internal coordination.
  • Native or professional fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language, with a deep understanding of working within the Nordic markets.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
