Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures, such as lung, liver, and kidney biopsies, and port/line placements.
• Prepare and position patients for interventional procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, including GE Allura, in accordance with safety protocols.
• Provide patient sedation for imaging procedures and collaborate with the care team to manage patient needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Meditech and Centricity PACS EMR systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist in emergency radiology procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care interventional radiology experience.
• Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in critical care and advanced vascular procedures.
• Proficient in lung, liver, and kidney biopsies, including port/line placements and para/thoracentesis.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
