The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll operate as a true advisor — owning end-to-end recruitment while helping build and evolve a high-performing RPO solution.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across ANZ, delivering outstanding hiring outcomes while playing a key role in shaping how talent is attracted, assessed, and hired within a major media organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with Hiring Managers as a trusted recruitment advisor
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment across ANZ
• Driving proactive sourcing and multi-channel attraction strategies
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines
• Delivering a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience
• Running structured briefing sessions and managing expectations
• Assessing talent using competency-based frameworks
• Supporting the design and evolution of recruitment processes and reporting
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and outcomes
• Acting as a SME across sourcing, market insights, and TA best practice

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (RPO, embedded, or in-house)
• Strong exposure to the media, advertising, or creative industries (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and market mapping
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
• Comfortable operating in a build/scale environment — adaptable, proactive, solutions-focused
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
